Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@anoricosmetics.co.uk. If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return costs The customer is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective or incorrect. Delays due to customs handling are not valid grounds for a return.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions Certain items cannot be returned, including beauty products that have been opened or used. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU) If the item is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging with receipt.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take time for your bank to process the refund.
