Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of being placed, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and delivered directly to your letterbox within 5-10 working days. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been completed.

2. Shipping costs

Standard shipping: The shipping cost is calculated based on your order and destination. The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout. Free shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping on selected orders. Details are shown on the website. Express delivery: Additional charges may apply for express options and are displayed at checkout.

3. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
